Principals can login by clicking on the Log In button in the top right of the screen.

When you have clicked the log in button, some new options will appear. In the first box enter your email. All staff login emails must end in .edu.au. In the second box enter your password.

Some principals have multiple email address and you may have an account already set up using a different email. For example, try using john.smith@example.edu.au instead of principal@example.edu.au if the first one does not work.

If you have forgotten your password click here to reset your password and try your emails, and a new password will be sent to the email or mobile number you were registered with.

There may already be an account set up for you. Try your staff emails (e.g. john.smith@example.edu.au and principal@example.edu.au) and click here to reset your password.

Principals can view certain information for students in their school on the website. They can also approve access for their sports coordinators, register their schools in certain Pathway Competitions or Other Competitions (e.g. knockout), and approve award nominations.

To see if your account has principal access go to the My Account page (when you are logged in). Look in the box that shows your details (Email, Phone Number, Mobile Number). If you have principal access you will also see a row called Principal Access listing the schools that are applicable to your account. If this row is missing from the details box then you do not yet have principal access on this account.

2. Find the Registrations Awaiting Principal Approval area.
3. Tick the checkbox against the students you wish to approve.

1. Go to the Student Registrations page (once logged in).
2. Find the Registrations Awaiting Principal Approval area.

Login in to your account

Click on Account Options

Click on School Competition Entries

Click on " Click here to register for other competitions" (blue hyperlink)

Select School

Find sport, complete all the fields required

Click on "Register for Selected Competition" (bottom of the page)

 

 

 

The original Sports Coordinator needs to remove themselves before the new Sports Coodinator can apply

1.     Log into your account

2.    Click on Sports Coordinators

3.     Tick on all the "Remove" boxes and click on "Remove Selected"

NEW Sports Coordinators

1.     Log into your account

2.     Click on Sports Coordinators

3.     Click the boxes for the Sports required or click on "Select All"

4.    Click on Submit Application

5.   The Principal will then be sent an email to approve the new Sports Coordinator

6.   Once this has been done,   the Sports Coordinator now has access

Diocese/Association representatives can view certain information for students in their dioces/association on the website. They can also register their students in certain Pathway Competitions or schools in Other Competitions (e.g. knockout), and approve award nominations.

If you have diocese/association access you will also see a row called Diocese Access listing the dioceses/assciations that are applicable to your account. If this row is missing from the details box then you do not yet have diocese/association access on this account.

It is possible for the CSSS admin or Diocese representative to add 'custom questions' which are applicable to only a particular trial level. Some Diocese may hold their own trial and require specific information from the parent for that event.

These custom questions can be added on the 'edit selection pack' page. At the bottom of the form you'll find this section:

Select the input type from the dropdown and then click 'add field' to add a new question.

In the below example, two questions have been added. The first is of type 'Radio Buttons'. This means the user is prompted to pick from a preset list of options. The second is of type 'Text Input'. This means the user is given a free text input to enter any text. Multiline text input is the same as Text Input but gives the user more space to write in.

• Field Name: This will show as a label on the field and on registration exports.
• Field Description: Give the parent a bit of help on how to answer the question.
• Required: If ticked, forces the parent to select an option or enter some text.
• Options (Radio Buttons only): Enter a preset list of options here for the parent to choose from.

At the top right of each question, there are two controls:

• Move up/down: Click and drag this to move the question up/down in the list of questions.
• Remove: Click to remove the question entirely. Note: Removing a question will result in all answers to the question on existing registrations being lost!
   

The parent will now see these questions against the registration when they login to view it:

Now, when exporting from 'Student Registrations', so long as the relevant trial level is selected and the relevant Diocese is selected, these new questions will appear in the CSV export. If a trial level is not selected, then these columns will not show -- they are ONLY relevant to trials, not to entire competitions.

To clarify the progression of students sitting in Expression of Interest for the following sports:-

·         AFL

·         Baseball

·         Basketball

·         Cricket – Boys/Girls

·         Diving

·         Golf

·         Hockey

·         Netball

·         Rugby

·         Softball

·         Tennis

·         Triathlon

·         Volleyball

·         Water Polo

The Expression of Interest approval/disapproval is to be completed by the School Sports Coordinator.  While I have allowed you access to do this (on your recommendation) please do not do it unless instructed by your School Sports Coordinator.

The idea of the Expression of Interest is for the Sports Coordinator to make a professional decision about the student’s ability to meet the criteria to attend a NSWCCC Selection.

The Diocesan/Association Representative will monitor and assist with the process by contacting the Sports Coordinator who hasn’t acted on this Expression of Interest.

Regarding the following sports

·         Athletics

·         Cross Country

·         Football

·         Rugby League

·         Touch

·         Swimming

It is up to you and your Sports Coordinators on how you progression students from Expression of Interest.  Once you remove a student from “Student Registration” you will lose the whole registration for that sport.  Contact us and we can do some work in the back end to reinstate the registration to the appropriate level.

Remember, a student will move from Expression of Interest to Student Registrations in your account and then up the various levels of the pathway

·         Diocese/Association Selections (Please note:  Rugby League and Boys Cricket is Regional Selections)

Select Diocese required – “Diocese/Association” then click “Save and Remember” You can filter the sports and positions if required by typing in the box under the heading Eg, Football then click the filter icon and select “Starts with” 4. Tick the boxes for the positions that are required 5. Click on Save Selection

3. Fill out the New Application form

 

1. Login in to website 2. Click on Team Officials 3. Scroll down to NEW APPLICATION 4. Select your School 5. Select Diocese/Association 6. Tick the box “Applying for a position at the Diocese/Association Level 7. Select Team Representation – CCC 8. Follow the prompts 9. Once complete – Click on Submit Application
