RETURNS 

 If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, CSSS will refund you in full. In order for this to take place, please follow the below instructions:
  • Contact the CSSS office – admin@csss.nsw.edu.au  or 02 9807 1701 and outline the issue.
  • Return goods to be refunded via post to :

  • Please include a note with details of the exchange or refund along with child’s name and purchase reference number. Or include a copy of the order form.
  • The CSSS will inform the accounts department to credit you via the method of payment used for the purchase. In the event of payment by BPay or EFT, please supply your bank BSB & Account number.
  • You should expect the funds to be reimbursed to you within 2 weeks of returning the items.

 EXCHANGES 

If you require an exchange, CSSS will make every attempt to accommodate your request. In order for a new size or item to be arranged, please follow the below instructions:
  • Contact the CSSS office – admin@csss.nsw.edu.au  or 02 9807 1701 and outline the request.
  • Return goods to be exchanged via post to :

  • Please include a note with details of the exchange along with child’s name and 
  • purchase reference number. Or include a copy of the order form.
  • Items must be returned in NEW condition within 14 days. All tags must still be affixed and the garment unwashed.
  • CSSS will arrange to dispatch of exchange item either via post or the team manager.
  • You can expect the item to be posted to you within 14 days of returning the incorrect size.
